Yep, popcorn covered with chocolate. This is two of the foods I crave most stuck together, perfectly salty and sweet.

This recipe could not be any easier, its just one bag of popcorn and one bag of chocolate chips. I used dark chocolate chips but use whatever you like.

Pop your popcorn and spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

I recommend putting the corn in a bowl first then placing it on the pan in handfuls. That way all the unpopped kernels stay in the bottom of the bowl and not on your tray.

Then melt your chocolate in the microwave.
Put it in a microwave safe dish (I like a glass measuring cup because the spout makes for easy pouring once it is melted.) Microwave it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring every time it comes out. Just microwave it until it melts, it is easy to over heat and then it is no good.

Then pour your chocolate over the popcorn.

Lick the spatula clean :) and stick the tray in the fridge so the chocolate hardens.

When the chocolate hardens it will all be stuck together in one big clump. Break it up into smaller pieces and enjoy!

I store mine in a Ziploc bag in the fridge.
